Personalised Yoga or Pilates sessions tailored to your body, energy and needs. Each session is guided with breath, awareness, and intention - supporting strength, mobility, and a deeper sense of connection, without pressure or performance.

Breath- Led Classes

Shorter, focused sessions centred around breath-led movement and nervous system regulation. Designed to support grounding, presence, and internal alignment, through simple, intentional movement.

Meditation

Guided meditation sessions offering space to pause, breathe, and settle the mind. These sessions support calm, clarity and self-connection, providing a gentle reset for both body and nervous system.
